Residential Home Inspections
To help a buyer or seller make a better real estate transaction a professional consultant provides a general evaluation of the home—a visual inspection from roof to foundation. Inspectors objectively identify material defects in the systems, structures and components of the home, in adherence to or exceeding national, state, and industry regulations and standards.
Inspection for Buildings with multiple dwelling units
Assured Home Inspections will provide inspections for building with 2, 4, 6 (or large) dwelling units. Included in this inspection are each dwelling unit and the common areas.
Home Maintenance Inspections
First time home buyers are inexperienced in how to maintain their home, which typically is the largest investment the client has made. This inspection is designed to provide important maintenance information and help the client prevent costly repairs that could be avoided. Regulary scheduled maintenance tasks will extend the life of the home components; assist in keeping utility bill's low and help improve the condition of the systems installed.
Radon Measurement and Result’s Interpretation
Radon, the second leading cause of lung cancer, is a radioactive gas emitted from the ground that may seep into the home. Ask us about a radon test.
